The Homelessness and Social Housing Allocation (Wales) Bill and Explanatory Memorandum were laid before the Senedd on 19 May 2025; the report of the Local Government and Housing Committee on the Homelessness and Social Housing Allocation (Wales) Bill was laid before the Senedd on 17 October 2025.
